What is Izasiso? - Isaziso means "Advertisement" in Zulu and we offer a One Page Web for smaller companies, organisations and individuals linked to a central website/index on one site to cater for almost everyone's needs with easy to navigate links so even the most inexperienced surfer can find what they are looking for. The internet is huge, we are just making it easier.

Why does my company need a Webpage? - A corporate presence on the internet for your business, aimed at selling your products and providing information directly to your target market ensures that your business has 24 hour exposure locally and internationally. It provides information that prospective and existing customers can access in their own time without having to be reliant on normal business hours. Conventional advertising like flyers, pamphlets and catalogues have their own particular merits but nothing can compare with the potential of the internet for sales and exposure in terms of availability and affordability.

Why should my company have a webpage instead of a website? - Quite simply there are a lot of website companies that sell a whole package as a website for often astronomical costs. Having 10 or more pages and your own website does not make it better or more easily accessible and often content is stretched to make it look as though there is a lot of information to justify the charges. Our philosophy is simple - Keep it Simple. Why have a zillion pages that take forever to load and use tons of ink to print when you can have what you are looking for on one page. Very often a customer is looking for something in particular, a specific product or contact numbers or even directions on how to find your business and having to surf through many pages in no particular order often frustrates even the most avid surfer. There are also so many companies that sell a whole package to unsuspecting clients with no downgrade options, we don't do that. Your webpage starts off small and manageable and as your company grows with the advantage of the internet so too will your webpage eventually to a stand alone website if necessary, all the while remaining professional and in keeping with your corporate identity. We don't currently offer ecommerce at this time but we may in the future as soon as the costs to your business become more affordable.

Why should I chose Isaziso? - Our Keep it Simple philosophy means that we understand the budgetary restraints most businesses have. Spending R10 000 on an awfully amateurish website cuts into your profits when no-one visits it. because it looks bad and is hard to visit. Our concept is so easy, you'll wonder why no-one else thought of it. Imagine for a moment that your business needs an internet presence, you'll either have to hire a web designer to create your site or battle through the intricacies of HTML yourself, updating when necessary and keeping control of a mailing list. Now wouldn't it be easier if someone else did all the hardwork for you at a very low monthly cost and maintained a mailing list that would not only announce your business's special offers and promotions but would provide an incentive for repeat visitors. Imagine offering full colour vouchers or coupons or even brochures to your existing customers without having to pay for the printing and distribution of them. Collecting your customer's email address at the till or when they fill in a form opens them up to a world of marketing as never before. Your special offers are sent to everyone elses customers, a great deal more than you would ever be able to gather by a pamphlet drop and there is never any danger of your customers'e email address being sold to any other customer, they will always be able to opt out at anytime.

What do I get from Isazio? - Your company will get a professionally designed webpage based on a standardized template on the Isaziso website so your address would be (www.isaziso.co.za/yourcompanyname) with the following benefits: Your company logo (if you need one, we can design one for you at no extra charge and you can use it on your business cards and literature), A brief introduction and history of your company, A Products/Service section with pictures of your products, A Reference Section where any comments from your customers can be displayed, A Contact section with all of your company's details including a map if necessary, A Feedback form if necessary, for your customers to comment on your page or to request additional information, Membership of the Isaziso Company Mailing Llst wherein all of your special offers are sent to everyone else's customers as well as well as one POP email address (yourcompanyname@isaziso.co.za) with as many aliases as you require and a free update twice a month to cater for those price increases. We'll also make sure that your webspage is listed on all the major South African Search Engines as well as international ones with appropriate meta tags relevant to your business. What we'll need from you is a basic idea of what you want, in the colours that you want, any pictures to be scanned in and a regular update via email or fax sent to us to tell us about any changes that we need to make to your page as well as any information that you'd like to be added to our newsletter be it coupons, vouchers or special offers. If you chose not to update as often as every two weeks, we won't charge you for it when you do. We will however have to charge a nominal amount for a complete redesign but unless your company changes names every month, you won't have to worry about that. We have strict deadlines in place for the newsletter so if you miss it, there is nothing we can do except wait for the next one. We'll also need you to collect your customers' email addresses for us at your place of business and send them to us regularly, we'll take care of the ones on the internet.

How much is this going to cost? - If you compared the average prices of a low budget website, you'd be looking at anything from R2 500 to R10 000 and you'd basically get the same from each one. We don't offer ecommerce so our prices are so reasonable you'll probably think that they are a mistake. .

A once off non-refundable startup fee of R200 gets you a fully functional webpage, designed according to a standardised template but customised to your requirements and a monthly fee of R75 to host your webpage. We won't sign long term contracts with you but we would suggest that you keep your webpage for at least 6 months to start seeing the benefits as word of mouth and our email newsletter campaign spreads. Think about how much a simple pamphlet drop in one colour to 1000 households costs. About the same price as our monthly fee and you get so many more benefits. And we won't increase our prices until we have too. We'll send out monthly invoices and remind you when you need to update and all we ask is that you pay your invoice by the date prescribed otherwise you page will be removed until paid for. If you sign up in the middle of a month, a pro rata amount will be charged for your first month. Your monthly fee includes one free POP email address but does not include internet access so you'll need to have a dial up account to check your email. We are currently sourcing the cheapest and most reliable in South Africa so as soon as we know, we'll send the information to everyone.

How long will it take? - An average webpage can take anything from two hours to two weeks. We won't take that long and aim for a lead time of one week from the moment we get all of your information including photos to when your webpage goes live or is available on the internet. For small updates work on a 24 hour lead time and for major updates, work on 48 hours and please give us at least a week if you want a redesign.
